Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes offer 24/7 support for NDIS participants who need help with everyday living while building their independence. We provide a safe, comfortable and fully supported home environment, with experienced staff assisting with personal care, meals, cleaning, routines, medication, transport and community participation. Our goal is to help each resident feel secure, supported and empowered to live a more independent and meaningful life.
Community Outreach
Our Community Outreach service supports NDIS participants to live well at home and take part in their community with confidence. Whether you need help with daily routines, personal care, appointments, transport or getting out to social activities and events, our team provides tailored support to match your goals and lifestyle. We are committed to helping each person build independence, connection and opportunity through flexible, person-centred support.

In addition to spreading the warmth of furry companionship and providing general support worker services, Sarah extends her dedicated support to enhance your overall well-being. Whether it's providing assistance through animal education, non-emergency vet transport, or caring for your own animals, Sarah's passion and commitment shine through. With a background as both a human and vet nurse, her empathy knows no bounds.

Short Term Accommodation (STA) or

At Lilac Support, we specialise in tailoring individualised 1:1 short-term accommodation options to not only enhance your capacity but also offer a refreshing respite from home while providing new experiences and opportunities. Our goal is to create unique and enriching moments that contribute to your personal growth and enjoyment.
In our past Short-Term Accommodation (STA) services, we've spent time facilitating cooking experiences, public transport support, and capacity-building for daily personal and household tasks. Our participants have enjoyed a range of leisure activities, such as; craft sessions, painting, mindfulness activities, yoga sessions and more.

Medium Term Accommodation (MTA)
Navigate life's transitions with ease as we stand ready to lend our support. MTA is a fantastic choice for individuals in transitional phases, whether en route to Supported Independent Living (SIL) or awaiting the readiness of their new home supports. Our solution lies in providing medium-term accommodation for up to 90 days, seamlessly covering your support and accommodation expenses.
During this period, your daily living costs, including essentials like food, internet, and electricity, remain your responsibility.
